A: Yes! When you book Cheswell Grange, you have exclusive use of the estate and its grounds for the duration of your hire. Your day will be completely private and personal.
A: Our grounds can comfortably accommodate intimate gatherings or larger celebrations of up to around 170 guests, depending on your chosen setup.
A: Absolutely — we’d love to show you around. Viewings are by appointment only so we can give you our full attention. (Please be advised that we only have the marquee in place from May to September, however you’re welcome to view anytime, and we have lots of pictures of weddings held here in the past to give you inspiration.
A: Yes — one of our most-loved photo moments is when couples take a quiet trip across the lake in our rowing boat. It’s a beautiful way to capture some truly magical shots.

A: We don’t provide in-house catering, which means you’re free to choose your own caterer. Whether that’s a formal sit-down meal, street food vans, or festival-style dining, the choice is yours. We do have a recommended list of Suppliers that will be given to you upon booking.
A: Yes, you can bring your own drinks, and there’s no set bar supplier. We can recommend trusted mobile bar companies if you prefer full service. There’s also no corkage fee charged by Cheswell Grange.
A: Yes, there’s plenty of on-site parking for guests and suppliers.
A: We want you to enjoy your celebration fully, but we do have to adhere to local regulations. There is a sound limiter in the marquee which is set to 95Db.
A: We have our Bridal Cottage available for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. We don’t offer on-site accommodation for Guests, but there are plenty of nearby hotels, B&Bs, and countryside cottages for your guests. We’re happy to provide local recommendations. We are happy for your Guests to camp overnight in the car park as long as we are aware beforehand.

A: Yes — we love welcoming our couples back for engagement shoots. It’s a wonderful way to get comfortable in the setting before your big day.
